What Does a VIP Host Actually Do?

A VIP host should do more than send you a list of restaurants and clubs.

If you tell me who is coming, what you want the trip to feel like and what matters to you, I help figure out the right places, the right timing and how everything should fit together.

That can include:

Restaurants

Finding the right restaurant for the group, not simply the most famous one.

Nightlife & Tables

Helping you understand your options, minimum spends, table locations and which experience actually makes sense.

Transportation

Making sure the group gets where it needs to go without the night falling apart between reservations.

Timing

Because an 8:30 dinner and a 10:00 reservation across the Strip may look fine on paper and be a terrible idea in reality.

Venue Communication

Speaking with the people involved before and during the trip when something needs attention.

Changes

Flights get delayed. Dinners run long. Guest counts change. Vegas rarely goes exactly according to plan.

The value is not in making more reservations. It is in making fewer wrong decisions.

I've spent more than a decade in Las Vegas hospitality.

Over time, you learn things that don't show up on Google, TikTok or a booking screen.

You learn that two tables in the same nightclub can cost almost the same amount and offer completely different experiences.

You learn that a famous restaurant can be excellent and still be completely wrong for the group you're sending there.

You learn that hotels that look next door to each other on a map can take far longer to move between than visitors expect.

And you learn that when something changes, knowing who to call can matter more than having the perfect itinerary.

Experience is not simply knowing where to go. It is knowing when a place is right for the people you're sending there.
